By hiring/using our service, you are agreeing to the following:

  1. We start the coding only after we receive 50% payment as advance. The remaining amount should be paid on completion of the project. If you do not make the remaining payment within 48 hours of completion, an extra 5% of the total amount should be paid. We will give the customer the code only after we receive the full payment.
  2. "Money back Guarantee" is applicable only if we are not able to complete the project due to technical reasons. Under no other circumstances will money back guarentee be applicable.
  3. Our role in developing a customer's website ends after we submit the code to the customer. We are not responsible for what the client does with that. In short, it is a one time relationship that we have with the customer. We are not responsible for the losses that you or your company may suffer.
  4. We may have special pricing offers at times. However, we are not bound to use the same pricing scheme every time. The pricing is at our discretion and we may change it without prior notice.
  5. We may charge extra if the customer decides to change the design half way through the project. In certain cases, we may even consider the new design as a new project and charge the same amount as of a new project.
  6. All payments should be made through Paypal.
  7. The customer is expected to give a feedback on completion of the project. We do not add your work to our portfolio if you do not wish to. We will contact you and only if you agree will we add you to the portfolio.
  8. We may provide links to third party sites from our website. Visiting those sites are entirely at your discretion. We are not responsible for your actions thereafter.
  9. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that you (a person or a group) or your company may suffer by accessing this site.
  10. We will try to respond in a timely manner to the customer's emails/phone calls. However failure to do so, does not hold us responsible for any losses that the customer, you and/or your company may suffer.
